Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at ourspotlightclothing@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your items upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at ourspotlightclothing@gmail.com. You will need to provide clear photos showing the condition of the item as proof of the damage or error. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter promptly.

Shipping & Handling

Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once processing is complete, it cannot be canceled.

Tracking Information: A tracking ID will be sent to the email you provided at checkout as soon as your order ships.
